Ken: A native Washingtonian. After high school did hitch as a construction electrician in the SeaBees. After discharge worked for a couple of years in the electrical and heating fields before starting own Electrical contracting business. In the mid 70's, went to work at WSU in the then new Performing Arts Coliseum as Building Engineer. While working at WAZZU, went back to school and completed two years in electrical engineering. Moved to western Washington in late 70s. For last ten years has been in the business of servicing and repairing Pellet, Natural gas, and Propane stoves.

Gail: Born and raised in Arkansas. Worked as a machinist at Boeing in the 70's till a job related injury to back ended career. After surgery and years of treatment and physical therapy, was forced to take a disability retirement. Currently employed full time as a Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grand Mother, and Homemaker.

Us: We have been together for 18 years. In the early 80's we moved out to Belfair, and while living in a travel trailer, on our property, started building our home. (a never ending project) Between the two of us we have six children, eleven grand children, and two great grand children. We Live on five acres above Hood Cannel between Belfair and Tahuya, and besides the native deer, bear, squirrels, foxes, and raccoons, have 3 dogs, 4 cats, 6 ducks, 6 geese, and three hedge hogs. Our hobbies, besides the house, include gardening, cooking, and wood working.
